_A story broke on ring.com today that WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr was arrested on Jan. 22 on a DUI charge. This news broke just 2 hours before his scheduled fight against Marco Antonio Rubio on HBO's Boxing After Dark. It's no  secret that Chavez Jr has had issues with his weight, including yesterday as he weighed in for today's fight. With this alleged DUI incident one has to wonder if alcohol has been the root of his struggle to make weight  in the past.
